Remington Hot Rollers

Whenever I’m feeling lazy about my hair, which is often, and don’t really want to go au natural (my curls never look as good as Halle Berry’s), I throw in the hot rollers. Whenever I do this, everybody always compliments the curls and wonders how I do it. Besides being super easy – roll up and leave em for 10-15 minutes then pull out and let the curl fall a bit before spraying with hair spray – they really really work.

I’ve tried a million different brands and  a million different styles…from foam rollers, to velcro, to painstakingly going through each chunk of hair with a curling iron…and nothing even comes close to my Remington. The velvet rollers sit on pearl ceramic rods for quick heating and supposed shine. The edges are safe to touch so just a quick roll and top with easy grip pink clips to hold them in place.

And it’s not ringlet style – which is a good thing. Although, if you wanted tighter curls, you could leave the curlers in and spray them right away. If I just dry my hair with a dryer and then curl it, I get much better curls…but on the days I destroy my hair with heat, I’ll run a straightener through my hair to smooth it out and then put the rollers in for a more subtle look…see below!

  1. I have been considering rollers for a while. As my hair gets longer, my patience grows shorter for curling it! I, legit, purchased these rollers off of Amazon about 5 seconds after I read this article. Thanks, Ashley! Now… you may need to come over and show me how to use them properly! :-)
